When you purchase an item on eBay, it is shipped by the seller within 3 days of order confirmation, and reaches you within 5 days of shipping. If you haven't received an item even after 5 days of shipping, start by communicating directly with your seller. That's often the best way to resolve things.

If that doesn't work, you can open a claim under eBay Guarantee. Under eBay Guarantee, your are covered for your entire purchase amount (Item price + shipping cost) on all payment methods. We will co-ordinate with you and your seller to ensure that the issue is resolved to your satisfaction.

You can raise a claim within:

  • Item not received: thirty (30) calendar days from the date of payment made by buyer.
  • Item not as described: ten (10) calendar days of item delivery
