Here's what we found for "Buyer has not paid"

If you haven't been paid for something you sold, you have a few options—and in most cases you may get a final value fee credit.

Resend the invoice to the buyer

  1. Go to the Sold section in My eBay.
  2. To the right of the item, in the Action drop-down menu, click Send Invoice.
  3. If you'd like to review the payment and shipping details before sending, click Preview invoice before sending.

Contact the buyer
Try to work things out with the buyer. They may need more time to make a payment. If you'd like to email the buyer now, first select the item you want to contact the buyer about.

Cancel the order
If the buyer wants to cancel the order, you'll get a fee credit.

  1. Go to the Resolution Centre.
  2. Select the option The buyer and I agree to cancel a transaction and follow the online instructions.

Open an unpaid item case

  1. Go to the Resolution Centre.
  2. Select the option I haven't received my payment yet and follow the online instructions.
